Le cose "belle" sono 7 server x86 della Sun Microsystes in rack  e, audite audite, tre gloriosi Digital AlphaServer ancora accesi, perfettamente funzionanti ed operosi.

Le macchine Sun Microsystems nel rack sono:

  • 3 Sun Fire V20z, biprocessore AMD Opteron
  • 2 Sun Fire X2200, biprocessore AMD Opteron Dual-Core
  • 2 Sun Fire X4150, biprocessori Intel Xeon Quad-Core X5345

Tutti questi server girano in ambiente Red Hat Enterprise Linux ed utilizzano uno storage NAS esterno Adaptec SNAP Server 410.
